We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at the Hong Kong head office. Your role will be driving lead generation efforts in our APAC network. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and a good sense of numbers. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and marketing automation. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive, with great ideas to reinforce our digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Search Marketing - Oversee and optimise SEM and display ad in the Compass Offices APAC network, such as Google Ads, Baidu, etc
  • Marketing Automation – Plan and execute touch points for lead nurturing throughout a customer journey. Identify and evaluate digital technologies to improve leads and conversions.
  • Content Management - Responsible for managing and updating the company websites, landing pages, partner listings and all other digital assets. Work closely with designer and developer to enhance UI to optimise customer experience.
  • SEO – Ensure the best practices of SEO are implemented across all digital channels to improve keyword ranking and domain authority.
  • Email Marketing - Create localised eDMs on a regular basis to markets of our presence
  • Social Media – Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, etc.) and drive quality traffic to our channels.
  • Prepare performance reports on digital channels and provide analysis on performance optimisation to achieve KPI
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with the digital marketing strategy, industry and market trends to initiate new ideas to support the company’s growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years of proven experience in SEM and SEO
  • Hands-on experience with web analytic tools, GA4, Search Console, CMS, digital marketing tools, such as Unbounce, Active Campaign, etc
  • Familiar with email applications, such as Apsis and Mailchimp
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and AI is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outgoing, self-motivated and creative with the ability to work in fast-paced and cross-cultured environment
  • University graduate in Marketing, or related discipline with a strong interest in marketing
